
Christine Ipsen is professor at DTU and do research in organizational behavior, occupational health, and management. The aim is developing new knowledge and reframe the way we think about management of work. With new ways of working including hybrid-remote work, there is a need for new knowledge about how to combine different fields to develop new knowledge about how managers, organisations and stakeholders can ensure sustainable work that attends to both well-being and performance in tandem.

– Co-editor of the International Journal of Workplace Health Management
– Member of the Editiorial Board of Safety Science.
– Affiliated with University of Massachusetts- Lowell, US and the Center for Promotion of Health in New England Workplacees (CPH-NEW).
– Vice-chair of the Scandinavian Academy of Industrial Engineering and Management – www.scaiem.org.
– From 2012 -2016 she was head of the PhD school of DTU MAN.
